Diamond Bakery is a Household name in Hawaii. Since its founding in 1921, Diamond Bakery has become one of the largest cracker and cookie manufacture in Hawaii. Named after the famous Diamond Head landmark on Oahu, the bakery was founded in 1921 by three Japanese immigrants, Hidegoro Murai, Kikutaro Hiruya and Natsu Muramoto, who all enjoyed baking and had the vision to create Hawaii's first bakery focused on the perfect Hawaiian-made cracker.
